Fiveways extended their winning sequence against a side who had previously recorded an 8-0 thrashing against them.

Fiveways started off in excellent form and after 25 minutes they had taken a 4-0 lead with goals from J.Burgess (2), K.MacPherson and T.Taylor. B. Barnes later added a fifth.

A good three man move left D.Nicholas to put Lindsey a goal ahead.

In the second half Layer came back strongly and were awarded a penalty and T.Bond levelled the score. G.Jennings beat two players and crossed for D.Nicholas to score the winner for Lindsey.
